Questions

Do I need the proposal from step 1?
It helps, because the welcome pack and kickoff email reuse its scope and timeline. If you wrote your proposal another way, paste it in at step 2 instead.
How long does it take?
About an hour of your time the first time, our estimate from testing, and less once you have a welcome pack to reuse.
What is the inbox step for?
New clients send a lot of small emails in the first two weeks. Sorting them once a day keeps the urgent ones from getting lost.
