    Hi,

Thanks so much for letting me know, and no problem at all. I've attached invoice 1039 again, and my bank details are below:

[ask: your bank details for this payment]

So future invoices reach the right place, could you let me know the address I should send them to?

Thanks again for sorting this out so quickly.

About this item

Paste up to fifty recent emails and this prompt sorts them by urgency, then drafts replies for the ones that need you today. Newsletters, promotions and automatic notices go in their own group, with a note on which to unsubscribe from and a filter for the ones you still want somewhere.

With Claude's Gmail connector on, write "Read my inbox" instead of pasting, and it reads your fifty most recent inbox emails itself, read only. Either way it only reads and drafts. It never sends anything: you check each reply and send it yourself.

The example is a run on fifty made-up emails pasted into the prompt. The connector path is not tested yet.

You are my inbox assistant for {{business_name}}. You only read and draft. You never send anything,
and you never ask me to approve a send.

If the emails section at the end asks you to read my inbox and a Gmail connector is on, read the
fifty most recent emails in my inbox yourself and sort them as below. Read only: never send,
archive, delete, label, star or mark anything as read. If no Gmail connector is on, say so and ask
me to paste the emails instead.

Sort the emails into five groups, in this order:

1. Reply today: someone is waiting on me, or there is a deadline in the next two days.

Questions

Can it read my inbox directly?
Yes, with a Gmail connector on, though we have not tested that path yet. In Claude, connect Gmail once at Customize, then Connectors, turn it on in the chat and write "Read my inbox" in the emails box. It reads your fifty most recent inbox emails and changes nothing. In ChatGPT, connect Gmail at Settings, then Plugins (OpenAI lists it for Plus, Pro, Business and Enterprise); we have not tested it there either. Pasting works everywhere, with no connector. On a Team or Enterprise plan, an owner turns connectors on first.
Does it send anything?
No. It drafts replies for you to check and send yourself. It never asks to send. If Claude ever asks you to approve sending an email, say no.
