Use a prompt in Claude
Copy a prompt from the library and run it in Claude on your phone or your computer. A free Claude account is enough.
Claude
Steps checked
Prompts in the library are written to run in Claude as they are; each item page shows where it was tested. We copy the prompt, paste it into a new chat and answer whatever it asks for. The free plan has a usage limit per session that resets every five hours.
On your phone
- Open the item in the library and tap Copy prompt. The first time, it asks you to join free with your email. A prompt with blanks asks you to fill them in first. Members get their business profile filled in for them.
- Open the Claude app. If you do not have it, install it from the App Store or Google Play and sign in. Claude also works at claude.ai in the phone's browser.
- Start a new chat, press and hold in the message box, choose Paste and send it.
- Read the answer. If Claude asks a question, answer it in the same chat. If you want a different angle, say so in the next message.
On a computer
- Open the item and click Copy prompt, or choose Open in Claude and pick Claude app: the desktop app opens a new chat with the prompt already in the box, and the Claude choice opens a new chat for you to paste into. The first time, it asks you to join free with your email.
- If you copied, go to claude.ai, or open the Claude desktop app, and start a new chat.
- Paste it (Cmd+V on a Mac, Ctrl+V on Windows) and press Enter.
- Keep the chat. The next time you need the same job, open it and say "again, with this" and paste the new input.
If it does not work
- Claude says you have reached a limit: the free plan's session limit resets every five hours; a paid plan raises it.
- The answer ignores part of the prompt: paste the prompt alone first, send it, then paste your material as the next message.
- The prompt wants a file: add it from the message box, or paste the text in.
